Shipping and Returns

Ordering

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Shipping

Depending on availability orders will be shipped between 1-7 days. After you place an order you will receive an email regarding your order status. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Returns and Exchanges For Online Store only

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the items. All returned items must be unworn, and unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

How to Return

Send an email to customerservice@brianarene.com requesting a refund. Please include your order number. We will then send you a FedEx Return shipping label. Drop of package at any FedEx location. You will be charged a $5 flat rate fee for return shipping.

Return Processing

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
